*The above Tradient software fees are based on a non-professional subscriber and include the AMEX, Nasdaq Level 1, Nasdaq TotalView, NYSE, OPRA, Dow Jones, Pink Sheet Level 1 and PBOT Exchange fees. Any additional data fees (i.e. CME, CBOT, Pink Sheet Level 2, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Fees for professional subscribers may be higher. Customer accounts will be debited the base software fee at the beginning of the calendar month or on the date of the first activation. Any applicable software reimbursement will be posted to the customer’s account the following month if the above trade requirements are met. Please note that Terra Nova reserves the right to pass through any applicable fees or taxes, including but not limited to regional or state sales taxes.

**RealTick software fees shown are based on a non-professional subscriber and include the Nasdaq TotalView Exchange fee. Any additional data fees (i.e. CME, CBOT, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility. Software fee is $400 per month for Professional users, API and scripting clients or those with entity accounts (i.e. Corporate, LLC or LP accounts) with assets in excess of $1 million. Rebates for $400 subscriptions are offered at 200 trades per month for Per Ticket plans, and 400 trades / 200,000 shares per month for Per Share plans. Customer accounts will be debited the base software fee at the beginning of the calendar month or on the date of the first activation. Reimbursements can be provided with a combination of equity trades and futures contracts. Any applicable software reimbursement will be posted to the customer’s account the following month if the above trade requirements are met Please note that Terra Nova reserves the right to pass through any applicable fees or taxes, including but not limited to regional or state sales taxes.
