Director and Chairman of the Board

Bernay Box was appointed as a Director and Chairman of the Board in June 2006. He is the founder and managing partner of Bonanza Capital, Ltd, a private investment partnership. Based in Dallas, Texas, Bonanza is a small-cap investment fund managing money for high net worth and institutional clients. Mr. Box has more than 20 years of investment experience and is a graduate of Baylor University.

Charles B. Brewer


Director

Charles B. Brewer was elected as a Director in January 2004. Mr. Brewer serves as President and Chairman of Senior Quality Lifestyle Corporation, a non-profit corporation that operates upscale retirement and assisted living communities in Texas. Mr. Brewer is an attorney, has served as a director of a number of publicly traded companies and has been principally employed in restructuring financially troubled companies on behalf of creditor groups. Mr. Brewer holds BA and JD degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Russell N. Crawford


Director

Russell N. Crawford was elected as a Director in June 2005. His long career in the electrical services industry includes executive and management positions at companies including Mills Electrical Contractors, a division of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc.; since 2001 Mr. Crawford has served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the Dallas, Texas-based firm. In 1986, he founded Crawford Electric Supply and held the role of President through 1997. Mr. Crawford holds a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry from Stephen F. Austin University.

Gayle C. Tinsley


Director

Gayle C. Tinsley has served as a Director since April 1998, and from April 1998 to September 2001 was also Chief Operations Officer of the Company. Mr. Tinsley has more than 30 years of senior management experience with high tech companies ranging in size from startup to Fortune 500. Among his most prominent achievements is the development of the Automated Teller Machine now widely used around the world as an indispensable standard in the banking industry. Mr. Tinsley also has served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Technical Services of VMX Corporation; President and Chief Executive Officer of Docutel/Olivetti Corporation; as well as holding various positions at Xerox Corporation, Recognition Equipment, Inc. and IBM Corporation. Since October 2001 he has been Chief Operating Officer of CW Dalcan Management Services, Ltd., a real estate management company that owns and operates commercial buildings in Texas and Louisiana. He received a BS and MS from East Texas State University, now Texas A & M University, Commerce.

Murrey Wanstrath


Director

Murrey Wanstrath was appointed as a Director of the Company in June 2006. Mr. Wanstrath has 10 years of experience in the financial services sector and joined Bonanza Capital in November 2005. He is responsible for identifying and executing direct investment transactions for both public and private companies. Mr. Wanstrath has earned the Chartered Financial Analysts designation and graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a BBA in Accounting.

Stephen B. Watson


Director

Stephen B. Watson was elected as a Director in January 2004. Mr. Watson is the International Chairman of Stanton Chase International, an executive search firm, having previously served as Managing Director of the firm’s Dallas office. Previously, Mr. Watson was a managing partner at Russell Reynolds Associates; a senior partner at Heidrick & Struggles; and the technology practice leader at Ray & Berndtson. He spent nine years at Tandem Computers as a regional director and more than 13 years at Burroughs Corporation. Mr. Watson served as Chairman, President and CEO of Micronyx, a leading supplier of security products; and was a Board member of Ray & Berndtson. Mr. Watson received a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
